2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or booking any service, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
3. Service Booking
Services may be booked through our website, phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, or other official communication channels.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee confirmation. Service appointments are subject to technician availability, service location, and operational capacity.
4. Service Area
Secure Installation & Services currently provides services only within Bangladesh.
Service availability may vary by location, and we reserve the right to decline service requests outside our operational coverage.
5. Inspection & Pricing
Some services require an on-site inspection or diagnostic assessment before a final quotation can be provided.
Service charges may vary depending on:
- Equipment condition
- Nature of the fault
- Required spare parts
- Installation complexity
- Labour requirements
- Additional materials
No additional work will be performed without informing the customer of any extra charges.
6. Payment Terms
Payment must be completed immediately after the service is finished unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We currently accept:

- Bank Transfer
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of warranty coverage and refusal of future services.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide safe and unobstructed access to the service location.
- Ensure electricity and required utilities are available.
- Inform technicians of any previous repairs or known issues.
- Remove valuable or fragile items from the work area before service begins.
8. AC Installation & Servicing
Unless specifically included in the quotation, the following items are charged separately:
- Copper pipe
- Drain pipe
- Electrical wiring
- Outdoor unit brackets
- Gas refilling
- Wall drilling
- Additional installation materials
Customers should inspect the completed work before the technician leaves the premises.
9. Refrigerator (Fridge) Services
Service charges do not include replacement parts unless stated in the quotation.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Compressor replacement
- Gas charging
- Thermostat replacement
- Fan motors
- Sensors
- Other spare parts
10. CCTV Installation
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to install CCTV systems at their property and that the use of surveillance equipment complies with applicable laws in Bangladesh.
Secure Installation & Services is not responsible for the misuse of CCTV equipment or any violation of privacy laws.
11. Mobile Phone Repair
Customers are strongly advised to back up all personal data before submitting a mobile device for repair.
Secure Installation & Services is not responsible for:
- Loss of data
- Password or account issues
- Software corruption
- Existing hidden faults discovered during repair
Repairing one issue may reveal other pre-existing hardware faults that were not visible during the initial inspection.
12. Computer & Laptop Repair
Customers should back up all important files before submitting computers or laptops for repair.
Secure Installation & Services is not responsible for:
- Loss of data
- Operating system issues
- Software compatibility problems
- Virus or malware infections
- Hardware failures that occur due to pre-existing conditions
- Password recovery for devices without proof of ownership
Hardware upgrades or replacement parts will only be installed with customer approval.
13. Warranty
Selected services include a limited workmanship warranty.
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Water or liquid damage
- Fire or lightning damage
- Power surges
- Customer negligence
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Manufacturer defects
- Normal wear and tear
Replacement parts are covered only by the warranty offered by their respective manufacturers or suppliers, where applicable.
14. Appointment Cancellation
Customers should provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in cancellation fees or refusal of future bookings.
15. Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable precaution to provide professional service, Secure Installation & Services shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Business interruption
- Loss of profits
- Loss of personal data
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, supplier shortages, or circumstances beyond our control
- Pre-existing defects in customer equipment
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
16. Intellectual Property
All content on SecureMyInstall.com, including text, logos, graphics, images, and website design, is the property of Secure Installation & Services unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
